Game Rules

1. Be respectful

Treat other players with respect. The following are not allowed in chat, character names, guild names, or anywhere else in the Game:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking.
• Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
• Encouraging self-harm or violence against others.

2. Keep it appropriate

• No sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise obscene content. We have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors — it will be reported to the authorities.
• Don’t share shocking, gory, or otherwise disturbing material.

3. No spam, scams, or advertising

• Don’t flood chat, spam invites, or repeat messages.
• No advertising, soliciting, or linking to external products, services, or sites unrelated to the Game.
• No scams, phishing, or attempts to trick players out of items, account details, or anything else.

4. Play fair — no cheating

• No bots, macros, scripts, or automation of any kind. Play the Game yourself.
• No hacking, modifying the game client, manipulating network traffic, or using third-party tools to gain an advantage.
• Don’t abuse bugs or exploits. If you find one, report it to support@ameroth.com instead of using it.

5. No real-money trading

Selling, buying, or trading accounts, characters, gold, diamonds, or items for real money — or for anything of value outside the Game — is prohibited. In-game items have no real-world value and stay in the Game.

6. Protect your account

• One account per person. Don’t share, sell, or trade accounts.
• Don’t access or attempt to access anyone else’s account.

7. Names & identity

• No offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit character or guild names.
• Don’t impersonate other players, staff, or Gamemasters, and don’t pretend to be official Ameroth staff.

8. Respect others’ privacy

Don’t share other people’s personal information (real names, addresses, photos, contact details) without their consent. No doxxing.

9. Respect staff & Gamemasters

Gamemasters keep the realm safe. Follow their reasonable instructions and don’t obstruct moderation. Abusing or impersonating staff is a serious violation.

10. Reporting & enforcement

If you see someone breaking the rules, use the in-game report button or contact support@ameroth.com. Depending on the severity and history, breaking these rules can result in a warning, a chat mute, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban — at our discretion. We may remove content and take action to protect the Game and its players. If you believe an action was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting us.
